This page is designed to let family and friends send e-mail messages to patients or residents in any of the acute or long term care facilities in the Cypress Health Region.

If you have a friend or family member that is a patient or resident in a facility listed in the drop down box below this is your opportunity to send them a greeting card, get well, birthday wishes, holiday spirit, and more.

All messages are handled confidentially. Upon receipt, your e-mail is printed, placed in a sealed envelope, and delivered to the patient's/resident's room. If your message is for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, or other special occasion, please specify this information so that your message can be printed on an appropriate decorative card. 

Please note that the opportunity to send a patient or resident well wishes is to be strictly used for this purpose.  Other forms of messaging, such as emails containing solicitations, questionable content, or conducting personal business, will not be delivered and will be deleted from the system.

**Note: this system is only set up to receive e-mail. The Cypress Health Region cannot send outgoing replies or confirm that a patient is indeed registered.

While you may submit a greeting any time, delivery service is offered during regular business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  The Cypress Health Region will do its best, upon receiving any message, to deliver it within a 24 hour time period.  There may be a delay in delivery for messages received during a holiday.  Delivery of greetings to any recipient that are received after he/she has been discharged cannot be guaranteed.
