• Spokesperson for the health region by responding to enquiries about issues affecting health.

• Routine: Responding to queries and public health problems on a day to day basis.
• Special Situations: Outbreaks and epidemics.

Community Health Planning
•Needs assessment, program evaluation and design of services.
