The Cypress Health Region has an eight-member Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who oversees the administrative structure of the organization.

The Regional Health Authority hires the Chief Executive Officer, who is responsible for the general operations and day-to-day administrative organization of the health region. Beth Vachon was introduced as the Cypress Health Region's Chief Executive Officer on Wednesday, January 26, 2011.

In turn, the Chief Executive Officer has established a Senior Leadership Team that ensures effective planning, integration and delivery of facility-based and community-based programs and services across the region.

The Team consists of the following members:
