The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. are warning the public not to consume Hawaiian Kettle Style Potato Chips - Sweet Maui Onion, because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella.

12/19/08 - Health Canada Advises Ban on Cough Syrup for Kids Under the Age of 6

Health Canada is requiring manufacturers to relabel over-the-counter cough and cold medicines that have dosing information for children to indicate that these medicines should not be used in children under the age of 6.
